Language in action!

This is my little girl Kyla, playing out with some French girls in the local square in Carcasonne. She was able to introduce herself, ask her new friend's names, explain where she lived, how old she is, ask them questions and tell them what she liked. It made a HUGE difference to our holiday as Kyla made friends quickly and easily - even a Spanish girl on the beach - and all a good two years before she will learn any foreign languages in the curriculum! My heart swells with pride truly a beautiful thing to witness
